TMB’s fitness philosophy marries the best of Pilates and rehab to get you moving, feeling and looking better in less time than the average workout! Our reformer classes and private sessions use slower, multi-directional movements that often involve ankle weights, gliding discs, bands, balls, toning weights and jump boards to strengthen the body, increase mobility and help our clients achieve their fitness goals. All of our classes are filled with laughter and sizzle!

– 11 minutes of fascial release and breathwork at the end
