Sarah Kimber


Sarah is a health coach and mat Pilates instructor at The Movement Boutique. She takes a holistic, personalized approach when working with her clients, empowering them to take action and achieve their health goals through things like food choices, stress management, sleep habits, supplement routines, movement and more. As a health coach, she supports her clients in overcoming obstacles and limiting beliefs and teaches them how to use simple, daily habit changes to redefine and take charge of their health. She has special interest in nutritional counselling, including topics like intuitive eating, hormone balancing, and gut health.
